Knox County Hospital District EMS is accepting applications for Full Time / Part Time Paramedic, Intermediate, and Basic positions. KCHEMS provides 911 service and MICU level transports for Knox County averaging 650 calls annually with two primary BLS/MICU units staffed 24/7 and one BLS call-in unit. We operate closely with KCH nursing and 3 Air Medical companies servicing our area. Paramedics must maintain ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS certifications. Relocation not required and sleeping quarters are available at EMS stations.
